By submitting this form, you agree to the following:
All website designs, previews, and concepts created by Official Website Designers remain the sole intellectual property of the company until the full payment (including the deposit and final balance) is received.
The $40 deposit is non-refundable and covers labor and design resources used to begin your project.
The remaining balance is due only after you approve the final website. Once approved, full payment is required before transfer of ownership.
You agree not to copy, reuse, or distribute any part of the website design or concept without full payment.
Submitting a chargeback for either the deposit or remaining balance without valid reason is considered a breach of agreement and may result in legal action, service cancellation, or collections.
