Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Official Website Designers. By engaging our web development services, you (“Client") agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms outline the rights, responsibilities, and conditions of our business relationship.

2. Services & Pricing

We provide web development services at a fixed price or based on a milestone-based payment structure, as agreed upon in the project proposal.

2.1 Fixed Price Projects

  • Payment is made in advance or as agreed upon in writing.

  • If the project is canceled, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

  • Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be documented and shared with the Client upon request.

  • Non-refundable 30 days after completion

2.2 Milestone-Based Projects

Payments are divided into three milestones:

  • First Milestone – Non-Refundable: This payment secures our commitment to the project and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Second Milestone – Non-Refundable (after approval): Once the Client approves the work associated with the second milestone, buys the next milestone or delays/doesn't communicate for 14 days.

  • Third & Final Milestone – Non-Refundable (after approval) After 30 Days: The final payment is non-refundable after 30 days from completion, allowing the Client time to review the final deliverables.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide clear project requirements, timely feedback, and necessary materials.

  • Use deliverables in accordance with agreed project scope.

4. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • Revisions must be requested within the review period for each milestone.

  •  Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Termination Policy

  • The Client may terminate the project at any time. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per Section 2. 

  • We reserve the right to terminate the project if the Client breaches these terms, fails to provide necessary materials, or delays the project beyond a reasonable timeframe (14 days).

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Upon full payment, the Client receives ownership of the final deliverables.

  • Until full payment is received, all rights remain with the Company.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We strive to provide high-quality web development services but do not guarantee specific results.

  • We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of our deliverables beyond our agreed scope.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in accordance with the laws of the USA.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
